Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at EST.313! We primarily fulfill orders through drop shipping and print-on-demand (POD) partners. This means products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our suppliers’ facilities (often located in the US or overseas). Because of this model, processing and delivery times are longer than traditional retail stores. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. Order Processing Time

  All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes time for design printing/production and handoff to the shipping carrier.

  During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 10 business days.

  You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as we rely on third-party carriers and suppliers. Actual delivery can vary based on location, carrier performance, customs (for international), and other factors.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days after processing.

  Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 3–7 business days after processing.

  Most orders ship via USPS, UPS, or similar carriers.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times are typically 10–25 business days after processing, but can be longer due to customs processing.

  International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  Some countries or products may have shipping restrictions—checkout will reflect available options.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. We do not offer free shipping at this time, but this may change in the future.

3. Tracking Your Order

  A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships.

  Track your package directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait 2–3 additional business days (packages can sometimes be left at the door or with neighbors) before contacting us.

4. Shipping Delays and Issues

  We have no control over delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.

  If your order is significantly delayed (beyond 30 days for domestic or 45 days for international), please contact us at EST313shopify@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

  In rare cases of lost or damaged packages, we will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve (replacements or refunds may be issued per our Return Policy).

5. Changes or Cancellations

  Orders can be canceled or modified only within 24 hours of purchase, before processing begins.

  Once production starts (common in POD), changes or cancellations are not possible.

6. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Your order may ship in multiple packages from different supplier locations. You will be charged only the shipping fees shown at checkout.
